The Super Insulated, Disaster-Proof, Low-Cost Home targeting 1 Billion Homeless all over the World has come near to on-ground realization. The 8 year and Rs. 3 million expenditure in seeking a solution has result in complete technical and planning verification. Teams from the Pakistan Army, Engineer Training Center, Risalpur and Design Cell of the Engineer-In-Chief Branch of GHQ have inspected the Low-Cost Frame Structure for Complete Shuttering for 20 Ft. dia. 12 ft. height with 2 extension at 6 ft. Kitchen and Toilet. Interconnected with main dome and each other through 2/3rds Verandah extending 6 ft. from main Dome. A total of  750 sq. ft.at estimated cost of Rs. 300,000.00. The cost of a complete set of Inner and Outer Shuttering of GI Pipe and MS Sheet is estimated at Rs. 1 million for mass replication. Entering the final stages of preparing the Low-Cost Shuttering for the Dome Home at National Agricultural Research Center, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad, Pakistan. This represents the last leg of a 5 year journey of discovery through trial and error. Efforts towards this end were initiated much earlier but received impetus after the 2005 EQ that devastated Hazara and AJ&K.
